In order to maintain the quality of clothes on the site, please ensure items are:
- of a good standard and that you'd be proud to pass on
- either designer, branded or high quality high street
- clean
- worth at least £20 when new
- are less than two years old or high quality vintage
Items which don't match these guidelines will be disapproved or later rejected after closer inspection. Also items which are misdescribed will also be rejected or devalued. If an item is initially approved but then subsquently disapproved due to it being misdecribed or failing to meet our guidelines, then the cost of returning these items will be at your expense.
