EVE FASHION SWAP COMPETITION

1. Prize draw open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Carlsberg UK Limited and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

2. The first prize is one pair of tickets to the eve Fashion Swap in Manchester. A £50 House Of Fraser gift card (expiry 18.08.2012) will be presented to two randomly selected runners-up.

3. The pair of VIP tickets allows the winner and one friend (who must also be over 18) access to the Eve Fashion Swap on 15.09.2010 at Dukes 92, Manchester. The winner (and accompanying friend) will get a head start on the fashion swap, access to an exclusive VIP swapping rail, the chance to meet Louise Redknapp and take home an exclusive goodie bag.

4. Cost of travel to and from the events is specifically excluded from the prizes and is the sole responsibility of the winner and guests.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of the same or higher value where it becomes necessary to do so.

7. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.

8. Only one entry per person is allowed. No entrant may win more than one prize.

9. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer/phone hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

10. The closing date for receipt of entries is midnight on the 12th September 2010.

11. The winners will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received by the closing date under the supervision of an independent observer. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 24hrs of the closing date and their name added to the event guest list.

12. If you have won the first prize of VIP tickets, to claim your prize simply acknowledge your winner notification e-mail via an e-mail reply and attend the appropriate eve Fashion Swap event, doors open at 6pm. You will be greeted at the event.

13. The winners of the gift voucher will be contacted via e-mail to confirm the postal address to which the £50 gift voucher should be sent. Failure to respond to e-mail correspondence within 2 weeks will result in your prize being coming invalid.

14. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

15. The name and county of the winner will be available upon request by e-mailing eve@becausexm.com between 25th October and 19th November 2010.

16. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. See our privacy policy at www.refreshingeve.com.

17. The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion. The Promoter also reserves the right to use any imagery or photography recorded at the Eve Fashion Swap events in its promotional marketing material. It is a condition of entry that you agree to such use if you win and to sign any necessary promotional releases relating to your image rights.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

19. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
